How long does it take for google authorship to show up

After doing successful in Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool, i finally search in google fow How long does it take for google authorship to show up. I came up with the side http://www.itdinteractive.com/how-long-does-it-take-author-info-to-show-up-in-google-results/ that says that it took 3 weeks.

My date of successfully configuration is april 23,2014, i don’t know how long it will take in mine case or it will be same as Eric McCarty, let’s wait and see.
